All serious political parties in Liberia have diaspora branches in the USA, Europe, or Australia. Political parties like the UP, CDC, or ANC have strong Diaspora base. That's an indication that wherever they live, Liberians are concerned about what's going on back home. For any serious Liberian Political actor, engaging the Diaspora Liberians is crucial.

While he has been engaging in development initiatives at home as the cornerstone of his party, CMC leader, Honorable Musa Bility has been actively engaging Liberians in the diaspora. As of now in the US, Hon Bility is vigorously engaging the Liberian communities in various states. On Saturday, May 8, he served as the keynote speaker at the Grand Gedeh Association in America's annual convention. He spoke about the development his party is currently undertaking in Grand Gedeh County. He encouraged the Grand Gedians to join his efforts to carry development to their people. He told them that for their county and Liberia to develop, they must take interest in and contribute to what is going on in their country.

This engagement with the Grand Gedians in the state of Maryland was preceded by several engagements in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday,  May 2, 2026. He attended the induction ceremony ceremony of CMC officials in the Delaware Valley which includes Philadelphia, South Jersey and Delaware state. After the induction ceremony on May 2, 2026 at the local Liberian church, the next day he attended townhall meeting during which he responded to questions from the audience. He answered questions on the state of the nation under President Joseph Boakai and told the audience how Liberia will experience development and progress under the CMC leadership comes 2029.

Following the induction ceremony of CMC in Philadelphia on Saturday, May 2, 2026, Hon. Bility has some high profile meetings with some Pennsylvania state officials both in Philadelphia and in Harrisburg, the state capital of Pennsylvania. At a business conference in the state of Delaware, Hon Bility met several important officials, including ranking democrat, Sen Chris Koon of Delaware.

At the CMC induction ceremony on Saturday, members and party  supporters came from far and near to grace the occasion. It was a sizeable crowd,  which is an indication of the growing popularity and strength of the party founded little over a year ago.

Speaking during the CMC induction ceremony, Mr. Bility said that "CMC is more than a political party. It is a movement for development in Liberia. For us in CMC, we don't believe in empty rhetoric. We believe in showing the people what we are doing rather than promising what we will do."

During the induction ceremony, the inducted officials pledged their commitment to the growth and strengthening of the party in the US, especially in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs where there's a huge concentrations of Liberians. The inducted officials

expressed their beliefs in the visions of CMC leader for  development and progress. To the many Liberians who came to grace the colorful event, Liberia "has been let down by many politicians in the past but CMC seems to be different because it is a talk and do political party. It doesn't promise, it is doing something people can believe." In butressing this argument, Hon Bility said that CMC "plans to write a new chapter in the political history of Liberia." He continued by saying that "CMC is not a party built on usual political rhetoric. It is a party built on the principle of development that is already positively impacting the people in Liberia. "

For his development initiatives throughout the country, many people are seeing Hon Musa Hassan Bility as the right person to lead Liberia as president comes 2029. In what can be described as Gihova witness campaign, CMC is winning Liberians with the message of development and the responses have been very encouraging for the CMC as a political party.
