Among them are 23 year old Samson Kwehai and 20 year old James Kparkilah. They have been forwarded to court by the Bong County detachment of the Liberia National Police, the reports say.
The reports say the development is the latest in a series of alleged armed robbery incidents in Bong Cou nty within a period of seven days.
Suspects Kwehai and Kparkilah, the reports said, are residents of Gbarnga City’s Sugar Hill Community.
The Police quoted by the reports said the latest incident occurred on the night of June 4, 2026 when the suspects, one of them reportedly armed with a pistol, allegedly robbed a tricycle rider of his tricycle after they had asked him to drop them to an entertainment center.
According to the reports, the Police also seized from the suspects two motorcycles believed to have been linked to the alleged robbery.
The suspects have reportedly confessed during police investigation, validating the police charges of criminal conspiracy, armed robbery, and theft of property.
