IT IS CLEAR THAT NON-COMPLIANCE with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) laws in Liberia specifically the Environmental Protection and Management Law—triggers strict administrative, financial, and legal consequences. Violators face immediate operational shutdowns, heavy fines, criminal arrests, and permit suspensions.
