The National Insurance Corporation of Liberia, NICOL, in collaboration with a Ghana Reinsurance Company has concluded a two-day intensive capacity-building training in engineering insurance.
Held on April 23–24, 2026, the training brought together NICOL’s underwriting, claims, and marketing professionals for a comprehensive technical engagement focused on strengthening staff capacity in specialized areas of engineering insurance and claims management.
Key areas covered included Contractor’s All Risks (CAR), Contractor’s Plant and Machinery, Erection All Risks (EAR), Advance Loss of Profits (ALOP), Mac Erection All Risks (EAR), Advance Loss of Profits (ALOP), machinery breakdown, and engineering claims management.
This important training underscores NICOL’s unwavering commitment to professional development, operational excellence, and the continuous strengthening of its technical capabilities to better serve the Liberian insurance market.
